Sila Patel - After receiving Bachelors in Business Finance, from California State University, Long Beach she worked almost 20 years with companies throughout Los Angeles in the Accounting field. She started out as an Accountant with a defense company and worked up to management positions in such companies as ADP, Inc. and Countrywide.

Currently, she is in the hospitality industry, owning and managing two properties in Southern California, an Econo Lodge and a Rodeway Inn. She joined the ELFA team to enhance her growth and experiences, as well as assist others, overcome challenges, and tackle issues as needed within the hotel industry. She believes by working with other ELFA directors, as well as Choice and franchisees, a difference can be made and as a team opportunities can be taken to the next level.
