As Majority Owner of Level One Management,
Ross William Almo brings a wealth of experience
gleaned from more than two decades of ownership and facility and
industry management in the hospitality industry.
Ross Almo has spent the past 21 years as owner
of the Econo Lodge in Killington, Vermont overseseing all facets
of the day-to -day operations of the lodge until January 2002,
when he became the Executive Director of the Econo Lodge Franchisee
Association. In May 2003, he was named Executive Director of the
Rodeway Owners Association, which further expanded his association
management and event planning oversight experience.
A 1979 graduate of New England College in Arundel, England with
a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Ross began his career as a shift supervisor in Casino Accounting
and Hotel Cash Control at the Golden Nugget and Sands Hotel in
Atlantic City, NJ. He then spent more than four years as Owner/Operator
of the Mendon Arms Restaurant before acquiring the Econo Lodge
in 1985.
A Vermont resident along with his wife Corrine, Ross is an avid
skier and gardener and enjoys the rural lifestyle removed from
the big city. He has traveled extensively throughout the world,
visiting numerous countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, South America,
Mexico and the Caribbean.
