Aroon Patel, have been  in the Hotel buisness from 1978 when I moved to the  USA. My first Hotel was an independent property in NJ, than we bought a property in Florida which we converted to Quality Inn so I am very familiar with the Choice Hotels brands. The Florida property did not do well so we sold it and I moved to Huntsville in 1994 and bought the Econo Lodge. I have been a member of ELFA since 1994 and Vice Chair since 2002.

I decided to become Director of region 10 so that hopefully we collectively could make a difference for all the franchisees, towards that goal I am requesting all the Board members to work together and also respect eveyones opinions no matter how trival they may be. We will only be able to achieve our targeted goals if we speak with one voice.
