Anil Chagan, CHA, Past President, of ELFA and is the CEO of Inter-Link Investments, New Rooms Enterprise and Equitable Hotels. He owns several franchised motels in Central California, including the Econo Lodge in Visalia, CA. Anil has served on the ELFA board for over 14 years in various capacities and on many committees, including serving as President from 2000-2003. Anil is involved in other hospitality associations and serves as Chairman of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce (2006). He is married to Jyoti Chagan and they have two sons.
